Volunteer your talents and experience.

Many people have professional experience that could be a great benefit to the AAPSA. Legal services, printing, software knowledge, writing experience... all are welcome. Your experiences and talents may be in the artistic areas. If you knit, sew, paint, or any have other talents, please ask how you can help.  Everyone can help in some capacity and ALL help is greatly appreciated.

Donate your Time

Distributing educational materials to patients and physicians on a large scale or simply to your personal physicians is invaluable. Local hospitals are in need of this information. Taking the time to participate in grassroots awareness campaigns can help your community. If you can donate your time to make phone calls or visit others in the hospital, you are contributing to the cause.

Start a local support group

We do not have staff in all areas of the country yet. If you would like to help the others in your community, please contact us about starting a local support group. It can be a simple monthly coffee break among friends. The most important thing is to be able to gather together with others that understand your daily struggles, even share experiences.
