  • The logo of the American APS Association(AAPSA) should not be used without permission. If you would like to use the logo in any way, whether electronically or in print, please send written request to the American APS Association. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
  • If permission is granted for the use of the AAPSA logo, strict guidelines will be provided and enforced.
  • Websites that contain out-of-date, misleading, inaccurate, vulgar, inflammatory, or libelous content are not to add a link to the AAPSA. All information of a website containing a link to the AAPSA must only provide accurate information from credible sources.
  • A link to the AAPSA will not be allowed on a website that also contains links to sites as described above.
  • The AAPSA does not allow links to their website from a site selling products used for the treatment of APS, other autoimmune disorders, or their symptoms unless written authorization is receive from the American APS Association.
  • All links to the AAPSA website should be in text form and not connected to any graphic design, picture, logo etc.
  • A link to the AAPSA should not be used to suggest or infer the endorsement of any product or company.
  • The American APS Association does not provide medical advice. A website giving medical advice or suggesting medical advice or treatment will not be allowed to add a link to the website of the AAPSA.
  • The content on the AAPSA website is not be copied, reproduced, reposted, or used without written permission from the American APS Association. The AAPSA reserves all rights to all content on their website.
  • The American APS Association reserves the right to deny the use of the logo, links or name at any time without cause, liability, or explanation.
  • Legal action may be taken if link, logo or name of the American APS Association is not removed when requested.
  • The American APS Association is not responsibility for the content of any other website that may contain a link to the AAPSA website or the logo of the AAPSA.
